We closed on our AZ house today!!!  so we are officially not homeowners!!!

....and after closing...  they had to turn on the water to do another inspection... and that water proceeded to flood the backyard and the right half of the house...   and I'm so glad it's not my house anymore cause that sucks!!!  sorry buyer!!!   goodluck with our 1st home that Chris put so much work, sweat, and tears into.  We're very happy to get out from underneath the mortgage and the responsibility.  We feel so blessed to have been able to short sale the house.
