Here are some pictures from the last two weeks... I have tons to blog about and I'm so tired right now, so I guess that will have to wait for another day... hope this will appease... and tease for now :)
Jayden asleep on me on the flight over... the girls did really well, and they were exhausted... they both took naps and I think only Jayden cried once for a little bit until she crashed... and this was right when we landed so I had to carry her around with our ridiculous amount of luggage... **when traveling with multiple toddlers/infants, forego the carry one items and check everything!! We had to lug around three luggage, three pillows, two or three sling bags, two tinkerbell purses and two huge babies!! it was so hard!!!***
K, this is my fabulous sand castle I made... okay, not really, a bunch of kids made it and when they left we played and the two monsters destroyed it.
Keira thinking she is really cute trying to fold her arms and give some attitude today
The pair of them doing it.... notice Jayden's pursed lips... she's so funny
I good smile for the camera (cell phone)!!! good one!! She's already getting way brown and blonde!
We went up to Haleiwa to get Motsumoto shaved ice and it was closed!!! but we went next door to Aoki's and it was just as good!
We also went to the seasider (little cafe on campus) to get good hawaiian ice cream called haupia ice cream... unfortunately, they had replaced it with Breyers and it was like $5 for a cone... LAME!! oh well, we have to go find the good stuff somewhere else now I guess. :) but we have plenty of time to find it!
Jayden loves the water!! (its been pretty stormy so the water is a little murky yucky... for about the two weeks we've been here, we've probably had like 3 days of sun and no rain)
Keira loves the sand! The first time we got to go in the water Chris had both the girls by the hand and a big wave came up on them... and he only got Jayden's head above the wave... so Keira was tramatized!!! she would scream and scream with me just holding her hand and trying to get her to walk in the little skim of the wave as it got sucked back out to the sea... we had to change that the other day and we all went in together and now she loves it! But only if she's attached to one of us like a little monkey.
Yesterday we went to North shore and the currents were so strong we couldn't play with the kids in the water... so we drove back to Laie to go to bikini beach off the point... its kinda like a bay so it doesn't have any waves... so the kids had so much fun wading in the water... and we had an unexpected friend there... I couldn't believe it!!! It was a seal (or maybe a sea lion... don't know which one is correct) and he was just laying there sun bathing the whole time! I tried to walk around him with the kids and he totally barked and snorted at us!! AHH!! It was so awesome!
Full body shot, with some eye contact... :) And last... Chris jumping in to get a shot with "Wheezy"

Well... that's some of what we've been up to... I've been really enjoying school and Chris already has a great job that could lead to some really exciting stuff here for us in Hawaii. He starts tomorrow and we're loving this opportunity we've made to come out here and have tons of time together!

Hey, we miss you around here! It looks like you're having a great time already - and who needs a zoo membership with all of the wildlife sunbathing around you! I'm glad you've got off to a great start.

So many fun adventures! You know we are jealous and would love to visit you out there! Fisher thinks the sea lion is REALLY cool.

It is so beautiful there! I'm glad you guys are adjusting well to the new change.

LAME-O about your landlord! Is that even legal for him to just bardge in on you like that?
