The kids being cute lately...

Last week or so... I went out and the sky was so dark nasty grey... well, by the time I was driving home the sun was peaking through some of the darkness and make the most amazing rainbow I have ever seen. I just felt so strongly that it was telling me, you know, no matter how dark it may seem some times in life, brighter more beautiful things are up ahead.

Jayden LOVES the sand box that my brother gave us (or borrowed to us?? I dunno which but thank you!!! thank you!!!!)
She sits in it for almost 10-20 minutes at a time and plays... which is a HUGE deal for Jayden... she never sits still... ever! Yesterday she was playing out there, and laying down like she was at the beach suntanning (which I would like to be doing) and I was inside with my mom and mother-in-law... next thing we know, we look out and she is naked, squatting in the sand... getting it up every crack and crevis... she is so weird lately about taking her close off! Chris just calls her a free spirit

Uncle Mike teaching Keira how to wale on the guitar!! now we're all guitar heroes.. .ha ha

My grandma came over last week and the girls both climbed on her lap and were so sweet to her. They loved her reading glasses of course and had to try them on! and by the way, thanks for coming over Grandma!! you made me tidy up so good! and we enjoyed your company!! XOXO

I have neglected to post about my sweet husband and my awesome valentines gifts!!! He brought home the most beautiful roses... as you can see.... and then he didn't stop there... there was this awesome carmel/candy covered apple... chocolate covered strawberries, and the vase on the right is actually this wax candle thing... you have a light on the inside and it lights up so cool!! I need to get some shelves in my room and this is the first thing to go up!! OH!! and to top that off... we got to go out to lunch together... at On The Border... my favorite place right now... yum!!!
Chris is the best man I could ever ask for. He is so patient with me and I'm so demanding with him... its so unfair for him!!! He works so hard and then comes home and works on our remodel projects and also helps me with the kids so much and the housework.. .cause I whine and hate it, and he always is willing to do whatever I ask of him. He is always there to listen to me, and he understands me and just lets me do my girls things... and having no sisters... he is just amazingly understanding and patient... he shakes his head when I buy tons of stuff and then take back half of it... and shop and take back... he doesn't get it, but he still lets me do what I do...
And Chris I LOVE YOU!!

This is our new huge trampoline... and our backyeard that appears to have vegetation growing!! yeah!!

Jayden's hair on the tramp... wild!

The girls got up on the fireplace and got each other books this morning and decided to read... they were so cute! I had to take a picture!!

And these are cute little shoes I got today... so adorable... for my new baby niece that we're all waiting for... Eden Shaver... (as long as the name sticks) I got the red shoes... for hopefully her first christmas... and the cute little pink and brown ones for little Baby Brighton... they are so her!!! ha ha ha can't pass up a good buy... especially with so many beautiful little babies around!!
hope you're all having a great day... its so nice outside... any one want to come over and hang out, you're welcome too!

Your girls look like they are getting so big. Reading books on the fireplace. you go. I dont think i'll be able to stop by this morning. I have to watch Julie's boys at her house. Thanks for inviting us.
Those are some cute pictures... I love the one of Jayden's crazy hair! And the shoes are SO cute!! Who knows, she might just decide to stay in here until she's big enough to wear those shoes!
Cute pictures, great valentine present and THANK YOU for those Cute shoes! They are adorable and I can't wait for her to wear them! You are so kind to think of her! I'm jealous of your trampoline too, ours is so w.t.! j/k
I was totally nodding my head in agreement to your "buy stuff and take half back" I do the exact same thing...and Luke just deals. Funny. We both got good...no...amazing catches!
I love the rainbow picture too!
hey Leisa, the half marathon in on March 9th so it's really soon. But that's a sunday morning so I don't know if you are ok with that. I am not sure what it is called. But you can do it in a relay form with up to four people. I'm only running a four mile leg but that is hard for me. I never run. I started yesterday and I was dying after a mile and a half so I've got my work cut out for me in the next two weeks.
