Kiki's Blessing Day and Easter

The Shaver side of the family... I love how grandma is looking at my dad, no doubt pestering him about something.... they like to fake bicker for fun

Tapia/Howells side of the family... I guess only the brown people were allowed on one side and then the white on the other... na, just kidding... a funny observation

Our little family... all the other pictures were perfect, but ours was really dark and had weird color... I tried to fix it w/ photoshop, but i'm tempted to dress them back up and go back to the church and take more pictures

And Nana and Papa... they requested pictures with the babies and this picture is so awesome of them both!!!! love it!!
Today was Easter and Keira's baby blessing in church. Boy things are so helktic around here! All in all is was a great day. Chris's brothers came, Bill and Mike, and our neice and nephew, Alicia and Gordo, and Chris's Aunt and Uncle, Julie and Tom, and of course Shirlee was there... my brothers all came, except the California branch (Jared and Becky we missed you!! and the boys!!) and Grandma... we got some good pictures outside of church, which was so nice to get. We forgot to do that w/ Jayden and I just got some of her in the dress on our bed asleep... eh (shrug)
So after church we came back to our house for sandwiches and snacks. Mom went all out and did most of everything, so that was so nice... and the other nice part about having company over is that the house gets cleaned and it never gets cleaned like that.
The blessing was really nice and I could feel what a special spirit has been given to our family. I just thought to myself... boy, she is going to teach me a lot. Kiki was kinda fussy before the blessing so I was stressing out that she would cry the whole time. but she did really good.... really good that is, until the circle started bouncing her... the she started screaming and Chris wrapped up the blessing really quick.
About easter, we hid eggs for the kids and I really tried to get Jayden to find eggs... but she's just kinda find one and shake it cause she knew there was candy inside... and if it didn't shake loud, she would chuck it... it was so funny. Next year will be a blast.
