Bowling Madness

When the family was all together, we also went bowling with like 10 of us... Jonah, my nephew is so mellow and just looks around and gets passed around like it aint no thing, but Jayden was not happy, and it was so loud and she kinda had a fever (I found out later) so it was kinda trying... I didn't really bowl... but is was so fun anyway. Oh, then my little brother said, he do you want to bowl for me.... so I did.. but I must say, I am like an old lady, cause I tried to throw the ball once and I totally and painfully pulled my right quad! ouch!!! so i kinda granny bowled the rest. Dude, its all because I stopped exercising when i got pregnant (because my husband was just a little overprotective - very sarcastically written... he was a lot ) and then now here I am, three months after delivering and i'm trying to play soccer and I couldn't walk for a week after my first game... and everytime I try and go jogging now, or even pick up Jayden, or throw a bowling ball, I keep pulling my muscles and it hurts so bad! I've never hurt so bad in my life!!! pulled my groin, some muscle in my butt, and then my quad... GRRRR i'm so over it! I'm never getting out of shape again!!!! but I must say now that I'm playing soccer again, i'm so much more motivated to go running, even though my muscles are a little tight. Last night we played another game and I played the whole game and didn't kill myself AND I can walk normal today!!!! I must say, I think that means progress!!
