no offense -
But sometime I really want to punch mormons in the throat.
A certain kind of mormon.
The ones that are doing everything right and so therefore you have to too.
The ones that are in leadership and thrive off the power.
The ones who tell people what to do. Like really?
I'm sorry, but tell me what to do, and you're pretty much going to piss me off.
You say one thing, I'm going to do another. I'm just that kinda anti-authority, stubborn girl.
There are like a gajillion things we're supposed to do, I'm talking about commandments here... there are a lot of Don't and even more Do's.
Just cause you're awesome at like 975 million out of a billion, and I'm like awesome at 4, doesn't mean anything. We are all on different paths. We all have different things that we're working on. Different weaknesses, differerent strengths. Hopefully, we're all headed in the same direction, and that is more important.
You know really, the best way to influence anyone to be better is to first accept them for who they are, and where they are, and just LOVE THEM. Then show them a better way through example.
I'm grateful for people who accept me for who I am. and I am grateful for people who make me want to be better.
:)
and that's all... I guess I got angry tonight :) ha ha

Or the mormons who have the amazing blogs that are filled with arts and crafts and they are like professional photographers and you often wonder: "how do you have the time to do all of that?! You're really making me look like a crappy wife..."
But at the same time I love their blogs. It was only later I found out the authors of all of my favorite blogs are Mormon.
I am crazy happy my church doesn't have woman who have blogs like that. ;)
Ahh, I bet that felt good. I'm an anti-authority kind of girl too, did you know? Just ask my MIL ;)
Miss you.
Dude, I love you!
Dang. Hang in there. I think most mormons can say they've been in your shoes and if they haven't, they must be the ones who are making us feel that way.
Amen sista!
