not to avoid my accountability I had talked about... I have had some success....
this was a while ago...

Taken July 15th... so 6lbs in three or four weeks...
I wish it was going faster, but maybe this way it will stay off... I'm hoping to be down another two this week... we'll see... its an uphill battle after putting on the extra 20lbs that I didn't need during this last pregnancy... oh well.
Ran three miles tonight... felt good... felt hard.

The girls have done pretty well at school these past two days... its Rainbow school they're going to... i'll do details later.. I'm pooped!!
