Sort of....
I have a lot of weight to loose and I did declare on here last week that I officially started dieting... which isn't really dieting its just eating good food instead of junk food. I only went jogging once. I had a Dr. appt two days ago, and I am not quite healed yet... at all... the gorey details are that I am very very damaged and Not Healed At all from my massive tear (thank you superman)...
so with that TMI said... I have done well for my first week of eating well w/ only one day of exercise....
June 25th-My first weigh in

Yes it is high... I weigh a lot! I always have... but mind you, about 150 is when I start to look skinny
July 2nd...today

yay! 3 lbs
I will probably do a weekly weigh in on Sunday morning or something... just need some self accountability... okay, like, public blog accountability. hopefully it will work!!! :)

you are a brave woman posting your weight! (not that it's bad weight) Your kids must be very good because Alex is 5 months and I am BARELY finding the time to look in the mirror.
Dang! Your hair must weigh a lot because there is no way your body weighs that much. Good luck with the weight loss, I'm ready to start something too.
